IMAGE X provides private image, presence, communication and personal branding consulting. The scope, deliverables and timelines of each engagement are agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Intellectual property

All site content — including text, design, photographs, the IMAGE X mark and consulting frameworks — is the intellectual property of IMAGE X and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Engagements

Engagement fees, payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling policies are detailed in the individual proposal or contract issued to the client.

Limitation of liability

IMAGE X provides consulting and coaching services. Outcomes depend on client implementation. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IMAGE X is registered.
